Shipping Policy


Processing Times

Shoot1st Studios processes all orders within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during drops, capsules, restocks, or holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume releases, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Shipping Methods

We ship using UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx.


  • Standard Shipping: UPS Ground or USPS Priority
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout
  • FedEx Shipping: Available for select orders


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the customer’s shipping address and carrier rates.

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and import taxes.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent via email or SMS within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Large orders may ship in multiple packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered,” it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be found, please file a claim with the carrier.

Once the carrier completes their investigation, we can move forward with a resolution.

Shoot1st Studios is not liable for packages after delivery but will assist with the claim process.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Orders cannot be changed after shipping. Please confirm your address before placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.


International Shipping

International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier.

Customs delays may occur. Customers are responsible for all duties and import taxes.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Pre-Orders & Made-To-Order Items

Pre-order items will be clearly labeled in the product description.

If an item is ready to ship, it will be noted.

Delays may occur due to production or logistics. Updates will be shared through email, Discord, or Instagram.

 

Holiday & High-Volume Notice

During major drops or holiday seasons, shipping and processing times may be extended. Our team works to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
