We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, or change of mind. Please review the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@shoot1ststudios.com before you buy. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email info@shoot1ststudios.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you and cover return shipping. Replacements are subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll refund that item.

Sale and clearance items

Final sale. Defective items are still covered under the 7 day window above.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please review your order and shipping address carefully before checkout.
