By consenting to Shoot1st Studios SMS marketing at checkout, or by subscribing through any of our signup forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us. These include order notifications, abandoned checkout reminders, marketing offers, drop announcements and review requests. This applies even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do not call list.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. We do not charge for this service, but message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link where one is provided. Other wording will not be treated as a valid opt out request, so please use STOP.

Carriers and delivery

We may change the phone number or shortcode we send from at any time. You will be notified if we do. Messages you send to a number we have changed, including STOP or HELP requests, may not reach us, and we cannot honor requests made that way.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, for errors in any message, or for any action you take based on a message.
